I should have taken some more photos of the main floor,
but it's pretty decent sized - on the same order as the current
Rat-Space sans the loading dock area.
As you walk in, there's a stairway that leads to an
office on a mid-floor, and then to the main shop floor. It's
bright and open - especially compared to our current floor space, but
not quite as large. There's also two smaller rooms on the front
with windows to the street - that could make good storage and/or
studios.
The upstairs is mostly documented below - there's a
smallish kitchenette area with sinks and stove towards the back of the
bldg near the mezzanine. There's a couple of rooms off the hall
and mezzanine on both sides. One side would wind up being more of
a through-way, but could be partitioned off and the other side is pretty
private. The front rooms are nice and super sunny with a beautiful
view of 7th street.
